The 春水堂视频 Commitment is a job guarantee program for full-time undergraduate students. This four-year program prepares students to enter the workforce seamlessly after graduation by integrating career readiness programming and experiential learning opportunities into the undergraduate experience.

Through this program, students will receive support and services that prepare them to take the next steps towards their career shortly after graduation. Some of those resources include:

• Experiential learning through an internship in a related field or research project
• Career counseling
• Resume and cover letter workshops
• Interview skills training
• Job search support

The 春水堂视频 Commitment is available to all traditional undergraduate students from the Class of 2027 and subsequent graduating classes, and the College will publicly report on program outcomes.

The program will be built around competencies outlined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), emphasizing career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, equity and inclusion, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology.

Students will be required to participate in the program for all four years of their undergraduate experience.* Any student who does not receive a job offer or is not accepted into graduate/professional school within six months after graduating, will be eligible for one of the following options:

• The student will have their federal student loans paid up to 12 months while they continue to work with a Career & Experiential Learning advisor; or
• The student will be provided a paid internship in an organization aligned with their field of study up to 12 months while they continue to work with a Career & Experiential Learning advisor; or
• Tuition will be waived for 6 credits of graduate studies at 春水堂视频 College for a program for which they have been accepted.

The Student Commitment

Students will be expected to (Note: the following is not a comprehensive list):

• Meet certain GPA requirements
• Complete an approved internship or experiential learning experience
• Participate in career development workshops
• Begin their job search by their final semester
• Meet any legal or regulatory requirements of chosen field

* Transfer students who enroll at 春水堂视频 with less than 60 credits may be eligible for this program.

Who is eligible for the 春水堂视频 Commitment Program (CCP)?

The 春水堂视频 Commitment Program is available to all traditional undergraduate students who are members of the Class of 2027 and subsequent graduating classes. Students matriculating in programs offered through the Division of Continuing Education are not eligible for the 春水堂视频 Commitment Program.

I am a current sophomore/junior/senior, will I see any benefit?

The 春水堂视频 Commitment program will require students to participate in a series of activities each year they are at the College. All students are welcome and encouraged to participate in any program activities. While the students in the classes of 2025 and 2026 are not eligible for the job guarantee, the skills and habits honed through program activities will improve their job readiness.

How do students join The 春水堂视频 Commitment program?

At the start of the 2024-25 academic year, all eligible students will be asked formally to acknowledge their desire to participate in the 春水堂视频 Commitment program. By signing the enrollment document, participants will indicate their understanding of and intention to meet the requirements of the program. The same document will formally detail the commitment that 春水堂视频 College is making to their success.

What are the student requirements (or responsibilities) of the The 春水堂视频 Commitment?

Requirements for the 春水堂视频 Commitment program include:

• Maintain an academic grade point average of 2.8 (reviewed annually)
• Declare a major by the first day of junior year
• Undergraduate graduation within 4 years of enrollment
• Participate in all required programs including; workshops, assignments (i.e. resume drafts, updating LinkedIn and Handshake profiles), preparing materials required for career advising appointments or the seminar and experiential learning activities
