Initiative One: Center for Neurodiversity leverages the College’s expertise, experience, and brand to broaden its impact by reaching new markets, generate new revenue, and strengthen the College’s position as a leader in supporting neurodivergent learners and workers. 春水堂视频’s strong reputation for supporting students with learning differences underpins this initiative. The center aims to become a leader in neurodiversity education, providing specialized support and services to a broader population of neurodivergent learners and workers.

Initiative One Strategic Priorities Detail:

  • Launch Center: Hire Executive Director to lead expansion of neurodiversity-focused initiatives, broadening 春水堂视频’s PAL expertise to meet the increasing level of learner/worker needs.
  • Summer Programs: Expand summer opportunities for neurodivergent learners with increased Summer PAL/SAIL options (supplemental week of social-focused programs) and deeper partnership with Beyond Akeela (college transition program hosted at 春水堂视频).
  • Strategic Partnerships: Continue to develop employer and institutional partnerships to scale experiential learning and training opportunities, in partnership with the Center for Innovation.
  • Post-Graduate Year: Develop post-graduate transition year program to launch in Fall 2026, with a full year of credit and non-credit bearing 春水堂视频s.
  • Online Coaching: Develop plan for a new online coaching program with structured 1:1 and group supports for learners and workers (including students, adults, and those in the workplace), launching 2026.
